Fixing profiles
Fixing profiles are a basic component that starts the installation of sandwich panels, fixed to the substructure with a fastener, appropriately selected for the type of substrate. It is advisable to remove any unevenness, as this can create a gap between the base and the fixing profile. Once the mounting base for the profile is levelled, mark a line to avoid any deviation, as the profile must be installed perfectly level to prevent any unevenness that could compromise its function.
APRANEL provides its customers with fixing profiles for sandwich panels made of Z275 galvanised, uncoated sheet metal with a standard thickness of 2 mm and lengths from 1 to 6 m. We also offer fixing profiles for sandwich panels in other dimensions, selected to meet individual requirements according to your specific project. Flashings for the horizontal façade system (OBPZ)
ARPANEL offers flashings for the horizontal façade system made of galvanised sheet metal, e.g. with 25 μm polyester coating, in standard thicknesses of 0.50, 0.63, 0.70, 0.75 mm and in lengths from 1 to 6 m. Customers interested in non-standard lengths of sandwich panel flashings [up to 12 m] are welcome to contact our Sales Department to work with our consultants on a suitable solution and agree on individual terms of the order. Our extensive technological capabilities enable us to create top-notch accessories to enhance the strength and durability of the sandwich panel building.
Flashings for the vertical façade system (OBPI)
ARPANEL offers flashings for the vertical façade system. Our range includes high quality finishes that will work well to protect a building’s façade. We make flashings from galvanised sheet metal, e.g. with 25 μm polyester coating, in standard thicknesses of 0.50, 0.63, 0.70, 0.75 mm and in lengths from 1.00 m to 6.00 m. We also process custom orders after contacting the Sales Department and arranging the details.
Flashings for roof cladding system (OBD)
APRANEL offers flashings for the roof cladding system. These products are made from galvanised sheet metal, e.g. with a 25 μm polyester coating, in standard thicknesses of 0.5, 0.63, 0.70, 0.75 mm (with the exception of the OBD-5 and OBD-9 flashings, which we make in thickness of 1.0 mm) and in lengths from 1.00 m to 6.00 m (excluding the OBD-3 flashing, whose length is 1.00 m). Flashings for cold store wall cladding system (OBCH)
ARPANEL offers high-quality flashings for the wall cladding system of cold store facilities made of galvanised sheet metal in standard thicknesses of 0.50, 0.63, 0.70, 0.75 mm and in lengths from 1.00 m to 6.00 m. The flashings for sandwich panels are an integral part of the entire cladding system. Thanks to their design, the flashings are used as a stand-alone finishing.
